Hey Myron. Don’t get discouraged with your fitness videos. For those of us who are actually doing the WORK, they are incredibly valuable. Thank you for the time and effort you put in to doing them.
I don't know about the somatotypes, but the width of your collar bones and that of your hips are kinda indicative of your testosterone or/and estrogen levels, which in turn indicates the upper limit of your muscle-building abilities. If your bones and your jaw aren't wide, your frame is usually smaller and even though you can add muscle to be aesthetic, you will never be like Flex Wheeler aesthetic. So to conclude, I believe that the proper distinctions should be to measure collar bones, jaws, and hips to shoulder ratio, which gives us a proper judgment of the persons ability to become a champ or not. My brother doesn't exercise and yet he is always as if he lifts weights, and I do exercise but I'm barely noticed for my strength of physique. Different plateaus)
The biggest load of shit I've ever heard. Disagreeing with fitness fundamentals to trigger and audience to engage with ur content… Basic AF😩 The skinniest people I know eat the most and the worst food EVER. They have the worst eating habits and don't even mention exercise. The evidence is all around us everyday😤

I had a feeling these body type labels were rubbish
In my opinion endo, ecto and meso are determined on your skeleton and muscle structure. No matter how many calories I eat, I'll never have the body type of the rock and no matter much weight the rock loses, he'll never be as skinny as a marathon runner.
Just using myron as an example when he showed his overweight picture, he still honestly didn't look that fat because his skeleton and muscles structure only allow him to get to a certain size.
endomorph=wide skeleton frame
mesomorph=medium skeleton frame
ectomorph=skinny skeleton frame

Facts… All them skinny boys who start training and whine that they can't gain weight despite 'eating like a pig' but aren't tracking are jokes… They simply are not eating enough period. I went from skinny 163 to 200 in a year and I had to eat my ass off… people don't realize how hard it is to get 4k+ calories on a consistent basis.

Yeees ! Finally a guy who would call the bullshit that ecto-endo-meso-morph is. I have seen fitness people perpetuate this myth and I am glad you, Myron are not among them. This is the same type of mentality that assumes a man is just himself and not the actions he does on a daily basis from leisure to training time.
