An episode of Friends or real science?
Is it possible that eating large amounts of meat could require so much energy that the body must sweat to cool itself down?
Have you experience this phenomenon?

This was great content! I get the meat sweats when I eat a big steak🥩. I'm a very small woman and when I eat a large amount of meat..it always happens. I too am warmer since going carnivore 3 years ago. It's weird because I'm a size zero (much smaller than I used to be) and I'm older. I dont get sunburnt either. Thanks for shedding some light on this for me!
Oh my gosh…I've been sweating lately after my carniversary here..
I'm glad I'm not the only one
…thanks Amber🥰
Meat doesn't make me sweat but I know all about the Carolina Reaper Pepper Sweats.
Only happens to me when I overeat. Last Thanksgiving, 25 ounce bone in ribeye, me: sweating on the sofa feeling good about myself lol
