  1. currently 23yo 245 lbs starting 20:4 tomorrow. i’ve fought this battle before, my heaviest being 298 lbs at 15 yo. i made it to 170 that same year but gained some back after high school now i’m trying to lose 60 lbs.

  3. I use the Les Mills app bought a step bench and do step aerobics classes in my garage. Plus I managed to secure some kettlebells. However I have only been doing it like twice per week. Trying to motivate myself to get my workout up. Especially my strength training independently!

  4. Thank you for this! From October 2018 until May 2019 I lost over 50 lbs doing keto and IF, oftentimes doing OMAD. Then beginning last summer, I started to fall off the wagon but would jump back on quickly. Then on a roller coaster on and off, but I managed to keep a majority of the weight off. But starting this past March, I began the stress eating again and it feels like I’ve gained over 20 lbs since last year. I really want to get back on track and get this extra weight back off! So thank you for this video. ❀️

  5. I’m doing 20:4 fast my calories intake is 2100 calories but I can never finish I’m try to lose weight but I was told I have eat my 2100 calories but is hard get full quick

  6. Forget the eating window! If anyone is reading this trust me there is a better way to do intermittent fasting witch is more enjoyable and easier. Instead of caring about the 16 hours or 20 hours, you should fast at least 4 to 7 hours after you wake up and break your fast with a small meal around 400-500 calories. Then wait 3 to 6 hours until you have final meal witch can be Atleast 1000 calories. Then if you have enough calories left in you deficit you can enjoy desert at anytime of the night. Losing weight is all about being in a calorie deficit but fasting in the morning for 6 hours has made it much easier and I don't worry about how many hours I have left to in my window.   8. I started exercising three weeks ago this is my first week of intermittent fasting I cut sugar and processed foods but sometimes I have problems getting my carbs up to 1300 a day I feel like giving up cause I don’t want be fatter

  9. Great content and great information. I wanted to ask one question tho. I am currently on a calorie restricted diet to lose fat but maintain my muscle. But let’s says I do a 24-48 hour fasted. After breaking the fast in the days followed while continuing a 16-8 fast regimen, do I have to make up for the lack of calories on my 24-48 hour fast in order to prevent muscle loss or can I just continue my regular calorie restricted diet, making sure I consume the necessary protein to prevent muscle loss?

  10. Im going to put on music and dance . Exercise is my problem. I haven’t ordered any fast food delivery . I have cooked daily one time a day OMAD . I eat healthy but need to add protein beans …. I’m a vegetarian and have to focus on protein intake.

  11. Hey Edward I have bad allergies come spring. My question is can I take Allegra or allergy flex during my fast? I'm sure even if it's small it'll break my fast? I usually break my fast 11pm daily as I work nights. Was thinking of just holding off taking the allergy tablet til I break my fast. Would like your thoughts on people doing IF during allergy season etc.

  12. I haven't lost any weight the last month. Finding affordable meat and eggs at the store for protein has been an issue lately so my carb intake has gotten to high.

  13. Is intermittent fasting capable of increasing your BMR just by not eating? Does it somehow force your body to use more calories to burn fat while you are in a fasted state? for example, if your BMR was 2800 could it raise it to 3100?

  14. Not one refined carb or sugars in my cupboards, fridge other than 2 packets of pasta. Only bottled water no soda or juices to drink – NOTHING! πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚ Sticking to home cooked meals, doing OMAD and 20-21/4 hour window and ordered an indoor exercise bike today. Lost 8 lb in last 3 weeks! 😁

  15. Thank you for your videos especially since lock-down. We have been in lock-down in England for over a month and I have found it very difficult. I started IF January 2019 and have adopted this life style(20/4) relatively easily, but I lost my way during the first 3 weeks inside. Your recent videos have got me back on track (did a 2 day water fast then warrior) I am experiencing what you said about high protein as I am almost back to my pre lock-down fat burned state. I would appreciate some at home fat burning exercise for women, as I am use to lifting weight at they gym to keep my muscles toned. Thanks Melrose

    Pls and my query; my doc has prescribed me a multi vitamin capsules. It has 5.6 calories. I am following ADFsince 2 weeks and lost 5 lbs so far. Will taking multi vitamin at night break my fast? Please answe; I want to lose fat seriously…pls guide me.

  17. Been fasting now consistently for about 4 months and if it wasn't for this way of eating i would'be gained so much weight! I had gained weight way before this stuff and been struggling to lose that but back on IF and Keto ready to feel and look great after this ends. Hope soon stay as safe as possible everyone we got this!
