  1. Let’s gooo brother! Keep going and they will get easier! My first couple of days I was struggling and only staying in around 30-60 seconds too, but when you do it every day you eventually end up liking it and will be able to stand there for minutes.

    Also extremely good to do it after a work out. The cold water will boost recovery time for muscles and joints.
