If you’ve been trying to be present at the moment, this is the most effective and simplest way to do it. In the cold water, there’s no space for thoughts. You just exist and feel your own body and mind.😉
You can find a lot of information on how to physically prepare yourself for getting into cold water, but you can’t find so much information about the mental aspect of it.
For me, cold water is all mental. 🙃

The thing is – it’s never easy to get into the cold water. It’s hard and it sucks every single time. You can’t train yourself to not feel the cold water, but you can learn how to cope with it and how to embrace the feelings that emerge.
I cover all 3 stages: Before – During – After. So how to approach, what to be mindful about, and how to make it as easy as possible.
Of course, it’s never easy, it’s just your perception of it that makes it easier.😅
