Today we start with 4 rounds of breathing. 30 breaths per round with a hold at the end (retention). Then with the inhale we hold that for around 5-10 seconds and release. Then a 3 minute cold shower to finish off Day 13. Or because its raining we will just sit outside in the elements. Be the master of your body.
