  1. You canโ€™t lose weight at a specific area!!! Thatโ€™s hogwash. Everyoneโ€™s body out there is different. Itโ€™s just about the intake of calories. You canโ€™t control where you loose or gain fat. Thatโ€™s genetically. However there is nothing wrong with the foods presented in the video. Except for olive oil. Many olive oil brands were tested and the results have been shit. Lots of pollution and fake oils (European studies).
