  5. I know most people here hate cardio or endurance training but cycling for 2 to 3 hours in your D1 heart rate zone will also cause a huge increase in mitochondrial mass. It's necessary to better handle your high interval and more intensive training when in competition.

  6. Hi Thomas. I know you really believe in a keto lifestyle, and I understand why. However I have a ton of food sensitivities that produce negative affects on my body. Most foods are the common for keto. I do really well on a high plant based diet. I would love if you could do a video with your thoughts on a high plant based, vegetarian, vegan diets. I have tried keto in the past and it made my symptoms worse.

  7. Some scientists(David Sinclair ) actually kind of recommend having Resveratrol while doing intermittent fasting . Is it better to have it when we break our fast ?

  8. I hear good things about Vitamin B12. Its supposed to help increase power in the Mitochondria. But its usually found in red meat.
    What's your view on B12 supplements?
