  1. girl i feel this so much! i teach high school (we are still online) and i decided in december to start standing while teaching! the only place that works is on top of my microwave on my kitchen counter ๐Ÿ˜€ ๐Ÿ˜€ definitely wish that i had a standing desk (or space in my tiny apartment for one)! also working on keeping my steps up to 10,000 everyday to keep my NEAT high in addition to workouts. i haven't been feeling the worst recently, so it must be working…
