I’ve been doing this for over two years now and think it has contributed largely to my good health *knocks wood* as well as strengthening my will power on a daily basis.

  1. Thank you for video! What I really don't understand Is: why my temperature drops at least 0,3 degrees after 3 rounds of WH breathing and how this can be helpful coping with the cold exposure

  2. Hey Hun, you've gained a new subbie here., I've tried the Wim Hof breathing & cold exposure in the sea (video is on my channel) but next challenge is the cold showers I think! Pray for me 😂 X

  3. I swam in Lake Mácha lake in the Czech Republic some years back. It was summer and like a warm bath. My Czech friend told me in winter it freezes over and people ice skate on it.!!
