Acetic Acid and Digestion and Bloating

A common reason for bloating is a lack of hydrochloric acid – acetic acid can increase pepsin production, which may lessen the bloat brought on by flying

ACV and Pepsin

Acetic acid increases the activity of the pepsin and may also increase the proliferation of epithelial cells

  4. It is crazy how your body gets used to not eating as much and for longer periods. I’m on probably 19 hours since I’ve ate food and I’m only a little hungry 😋 lost 9 pounds in two weeks so far.

  6. Just started keto on Feb 12 . I did the Pruvit Keto Reboot for 72 hours. Then I’ve been doing just keto foods. And ACV drink at night before bed. So far I’ve lost 12.2 pounds. On my way to my goal weight . It will take me a year I think. But I’ve been so weak the last few days. My daughter says it’s Keto flu. How do I get to feeling better? I love you videos! I did keto diet 2 times, the first time I lost 30 pounds but I notice I lost a lot of inches all over my body specially my waist, I was size 13 and now Im size 4 to 6 thats amazing because on weight its not a lot a lot its a good amount but not to be so small so I stopped the keto diet for a few months I only gained 5 pounds back but stayed the same size thank GOD! So I decided to start the keto diet again I was in ketosis full on ketosis by the First week that was awesome but I dont know why I didn’t lose any weight or sizes. What happened? Don’t understand, I was full on ketosis eating right the only difference is I wasn’t working out only walking for hours at my job, so I was still active. Its been always hard to lose weight with having thyroid issues for many many years. Please someone help me, I truly want to consume apple cider vinegar and be Keto again I was also doing the intermittent fasting too! But it didn’t work again.
