  1. Very informative, many thanks for that. You mentioned that the IF period should be 24 hours or more. Is there a difference, between fasting 24 hours and fasting for 16 hours and a anaerobic training (one hour)? Calory vise it should be the same. May there is a difference with the insulin level.
