  1. I have been on keto for almost 2 years, mostly. With my last pregnancy I was low carb for most of it except the first trimester. I delivered in May 2020 and my glucose was fine then – in the 80s which is pretty normal for me. As of late July 2020, my glucose has been about 100 – 110 all day. Should I ride it out and hope it goes down? I have been eating cleaner and lower carb than ever. I've been working out, sleeping great, and have a ton of energy. I just don't know what to do.

  2. Omega 3 fatty acids ALWAYS eventually (sometimes sooner!) cause Yellow Necrotic Fat Disease. Vitamin E will slow it down, but can't stop its inevitable conclusion — that's why fish farms are forced to resort to synthetics such as ethoxyquin (EQ), butylated hydroxyanisole (BHA), butylated hydroxytoluene (BHT), tert-butyl hydroquinone (TBHQ), propyl gallate, etc. (Propyl gallate is an estrogen antagonist, just like the "original" vitamin E used to be back in the days of Dr. Evan Shute and Dr. Wilfrid Shute of the Shute Institute for Clinical and Laboratory Medicine.)

    Monsanto is reaping billions worldwide reducing omega 3 fatty acids in their GMO soybeans. Ditto for Pioneer Hi-Bred International. But Asoya went bust using conventional plant-breeding methods trying for 0% omega 3 fatty acids. Why the secrecy? And what's wrong with those omega 3s?

In declaring EPA and DHA to be safe, the FDA neglected to evaluate their antithyroid, immunosuppressive, lipid peroxidative (Song et al., 2000), light sensitizing, and antimitochondrial effects, their depression of glucose oxidation (Delarue et al., 2003), and their contribution to metastatic cancer (Klieveri, et al., 2000), lipofuscinosis and liver damage, among other problems.

  4. For dinner, I have a Sardine in my Large dinner salad, and eat a Cruciferous veggi casserole, and also have a beef or pork/ veggi casserole, I eat till comfortable stuffed.

Do you know if there are any home tests available just for interleukin-6, which plays a role in the cytokine storms that occur when the novel coronavirus jams the ACE2 receptors in the lungs' alveoli and pericardium? Ciao.
