  1. So when I’m using your raspberry drink and your CCN oil tablets and my new Keto Mojo tells me I’m in moderate ketosis…..that wonderful news is probably inaccurate and just secondary to the endogenous ketones in my system, correct? ☹️

  2. I read recently that drinking lemon juice in warm water may help prevent COVID-19 from entering the lungs. It has something to do with ph levels. That made me wonder if people drinking apple cider vinegar daily may have an easier time with COVID or don't get it at all. I'm 75, live in Florida, and am still COVID free. Have you heard anything about lemon juice or ACV in treating COVID?

  3. At 93 hours fasted – BG is 107/ketones 3.5 (6:45 am). DBR is 31. I can’t get my morning BG below 85 no matter what I do. Is this even ketosis if my BG is over 100?

  4. I have never had any concerns about high glucose except now that I am on Keto is is over it between 100 and 110…. i have done omad. These past two weeks…lost 40 pounds over two years…is fasting for 2 days or more the only way to reduce it ? Anyone wo5h this issue?

  6. Currently fasted 38 hours and counting… My cgm tells another story: my free style libre fourteen day sensor tells me that I had fuel to burn until about twelve hours ago.

    My question? How effective is my fasting if I begin counting my fasting time from the beginning of my fully regulated blood sugar state?<80mg/DL…

    Not hypoglycemic! No! Not at all!
