  1. I am carnivore l, lost 30 lbs. I have never felt better. I was pre-diabetic no longer. I cannot eat veggies. Oh intermittent fasting is fabulous!!!!!

  2. The best diet is raw vegan for diabetics when I eat raw I don't need insulin injection I do this diet for a couple of weeks then I eat one cooked meal plant based meal the other weeks.
