Shane had to train to endure the mental stress and cold immersion during his BUDS training and later active duty with the USN as a Navy Seal

Cold therapy helped him recover from the intense physical exertion but it also helped wit his mental toughness

He shares his experiences and strategies regarding cold thermogenesis

We chat about the improvements in sleep, lowering inflammation, lowering fat mass (improving brown fat), improving stress response, and building mental toughness

Cold showers and Cold baths are the main ways to get into CT. How often and how long will depend on what your goals are and why you are doing CT in the first place

CT can help improve your mitochondrial function. Energy is produced faster. When you have more energy, you can do more activity.
