    I have been on fat free/ low fat diets for as long as I can remember. Now I have pure ghee, cold pressed coconut oil, olive oil, nuts, seeds, olives, full fat dairy and I am healthier and leaner than ever mA!

    I am a very busy single mum, but your no nonsense, simple, practical, wonderful advice is so easy to follow! I hope to visit you some day with my mum and kids in sha Allah!

  2. Fat – one of the biggest myth is that fat makes u fat. Truth bad quality n too much fat makes u fat. Issue after started loosing fat— Hyperpigmentation , pre menopause.. if u r low on fat u don't hv food fr brain, low energy. Healthy fats for brain, hormones . Less fat could lead fertility issue.. less cholesterol … osteoporosis, skin issues.. leaving in Balance. Healthy fat 1. Cold pressed coconut oil. 2 ghee . Don't overeat. 3. Avacado, all unsalted nuts, seeds, omega 3..flax seeds,. 4. cheese. Don't eat low fat cheese, milk or curd. Everything should b done in balance…no short cuts to weigh loss. Pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, chia seeds
    .. coconut. Right fats will burn fats. Any transfats are bad like biscuits.
    . Worst – vegetable oil,. Bakery products. No refind oils. Use only cold pressed oils. Less fats could lead problem for skin, hair, kidenys, lever, everything. Fat is not nbad
