45 Minute ALL STANDING Cardio Hiit Workout -Whew! This was a fun and sweaty workout. I loved how I felt afterward, and I bet you will too. All standing cardio today, so we save the wrists, and I also give you the low impact modifications when I can! Let’s hiit this cardio workout and move daily!

  2. Loved this, so much fun and very effective, perfect lengh too. I'm overweight and doing floor exercises is just too much for me, they give me a headache and they hurt my back, so I appreciate very much these all standing workouts. Your positive attitude helps a lot as well, it's clear that you love exercising and it's very motivating to see.

  3. Loved this intense standing cardio, Tracey your VO2 must be high, when i was cycling it was 65 , Im sure doing your workouts mine will increase again, thanks heaps for lots of sweat.

  4. I really loved this !! Those jumping lunges in the last circuit are hardest for me. Believe it or nor my fave are the frog shuffles!! Also liked the lunge kick arabesque like move in the third or second circuit (i forgot) That was like a barre move! Anyway, thank you and You said you saw someone walking a hen , well the other day i saw someone walking a pig (not a guinea pig) a full fledged pig!! We live in the suburbs so this was rather odd!! But hey it gets them outside!!

  5. Almost a month acdf Post Op. I can do very light weights and standing cardio, no impact. I think I can taylor this one to fit my needs. Thanks for the standing cardio workouts. Yours always rock!
