There was a time when Bill thought stepping into a tank of water filled with ice would be torture. Now he looks forward to the challenge and knows the tremendous health benefits he received including burning fat, boosting his metabolism, improving circulation, warding off dementia, decreasing inflammation and increasing longevity.
