  1. So shake at 3pm, keto dinner at 5 and yogurt and protein powder. Maybe 1500 calories. To keep that much muscle on you have to be eating 2500-3500 calories pretty regularly. Love to see a day of eating on those days.

  2. Hi Thomas, really appreciate this and all of your content, SO inspirational 🙏🏻
Just one question – You break your fast with protein and Almond Milk but in your 'What NOT to Break a Fast With', that included almonds 🤷🏻‍♂️
Does the process of making Almond Milk change the composition..?
Many thanks, in advance, for any clarity you can provide 🙏🏻

  3. Thomas, I love watching your videos. Thank you for all you do.

I work hard labour. I build high rises. That means I wear approximately 30lbs of fall arrest gear and tools all day. I spent a 30%+ of my day climbing and hanging from gang forms [wall forms].
I burn from 3800 to 5000 calories daily. Counted by my fitbit.
I started Keto. I have lost some weight.but now am struggling.
Thomas, do you have a video about what I should do about my calorie intake vs out?
Or can you help me by making one.

  4. Thomas, you don’t eat much at all!! 2500 calories only on a good day? Is that your maintenance for a 180 pound frame? I’m 45yo at 205 pounds (10% BF) eating 4000 calories per day for maintenance!

  5. So I understand the whole idea of breaking the fast. I just wanted clarification in this video for instance. Would you drink the bone broth then have the protein shake or is it one or the other? Also the supplements or vitamins can you take them as you break the fast or when you have your first big meal?

  6. Hi, if you say don't break your fast with any fats…can I still prepare my lean protein with olive oil? Can I break my fast with a Herbalife shake and fat-free milk? Please do more videos on endomorphs?

  7. Do a video just about Calories in the diferents kind of days please and if possible kind of goals or persons for Keto and Intermitent, because for example i dont need weight lose, even though i am building muscle, i do keto and fasting, for the other benefits. If you cuould do a video to clarify once for all this small diferences will be awesome i saw docens of your videos about the topic but i am still confuse. Thanks

  8. Thank you so much for introducing me to Sun Warriors pea protein powder. It has changed the game for me. I can tell how much better my body takes their pea protein. Less bloating! Life saver!

  9. I use the juice of chicken noodle soup to break my fast but I don't eat the noodles. bone broth is disgusting to me and I just can't stomach it.

  10. How do you feel about Keto and intermittent fasting if you have an autoimmune disease? I would have thought that it was good but since it heightens your immune system I'm just wondering your thoughts on that.

  11. Thomas, I'm very appreciative of your time and efforts into sharing your insights with everybody… I commonly break my fast with powdered bone broth protein products…I haven't heard you comment on the powdered bone broth protein products but do you recommend those or no? (they're very lean but I don't know if they have an adequate amount of gelatin that the liquids would have?) (Sometimes I've done powdered broth with a little bit of actual bone broth)–thanks!!
