  2. Use the top of the teepee tent to tie a string above the fire to dry clothes and live lower where the air isn't as dry and hot to breathe. That's actually kinda I like that it doesn't distribute it as well. You can dry your clothes up to top and work down below.

  3. Yup, that's what I've been telling people for years: a tent can only comfortably hold half the people it's rated for, at least and also hold your most important gear.

  4. a very nice video »»ᅳtᅳhᅳaᅳnᅳkᅳ ᅳyᅳoᅳuᅳ► i´ve been thinking which one to get , 4-person tipi from Seek Outside or the same size tipi from nortent. is there any way to hang up DIY half liner in nortent, or should it be sewn new loops for it first? any tips on how not to burn any holes into silnylon tipi tent please? best of luck with your channel! ∙∙·▫▫ᵒᴼᵒ▫ₒₒ▫ᵒᴼⒽⒶⓅⓅⓎ ⓉⓇⒶⒾⓁⓈᴼᵒ▫ₒₒ▫ᵒᴼᵒ▫▫·∙∙ btw, i´ve added a small metal screen to winnerwell door, to stop any spark to comes out. unfortunately, the stove is made in china ( at least the one i got )

  5. Not sure if your up to date but the new Nortent ultralight Fast fold titanium stove is rocking 3 glass panels and still super light .. next level is here. I m getting one cant wait to test it out.

  6. A good design for a woodstove tent would be that instead of the stove placed in the center, it would be placed near the side-walls of the tent. You wouldn't need such a long chimney, and that would cut off weight

  7. Do you have a home woodstove and if so what is kind looking at becoming more self sufficient and like the idea of not needing power or gas to cook or heat my home

  8. I like your dogs. Camping with kids sometimes is hard but I'm glad your kid love outdoor activities.Great activity to spend time with family. I would like to know what do you use to power your electronic devices? Do you use wind or solar power?

  9. You're a good Daddy! Kids love being out w their Dads! I'd like something BIG. A cabin, most likely. There's never been a tent I really cared for. 😉 yep. Spoiled. The thing is I'm getting old & have been sick for a very long time. So, chronic pain says that cots are no longer an option. I'd like to get a cabin & land. We have an acre at our home, but it's pretty useless unless you amend the soil a great deal & keep things from freezing during unseasonal weather events. (Then, there are Mormon crickets & grasshopper invasions if the Winter doesn't get cold enough.) Life is always interesting!
I'm thinking of trying a small hydroponic system for food. We'll see!
