Swim Challenge in Water 5° COLDER Than An ICE BATH



Maximize our cold water endurance strength in one week.

I’m Tim J, this is my friend Jesse, and together we’re pushing our cold endurance to the max in the shortest amount of time possible.

We take parts of the Wim Hof method and apply them to our lives in hopes to get outside of our apartments and comfort zones.
