In this video, I discuss the results of one of my recent self-experiments. I submerged my face in ice water before going to bed for 22 consecutive nights.
I tracked my deep sleep, REM sleep, light sleep, night time awakenings, heart rate and more across the nights using my Fitbit Inspire 2.
Afterwards, I created graphs and calculated the statistical differences between the nights to see if ice water facials improved my deep sleep score.
Watch the video to find out what my end results were! And let me know in the comments if you’ve noticed that cold thermogenesis has helped your deep sleep.
