  1. That workout looked really great. I really like hiit sessions. Even though they’re super sweaty, I feel amazing afterwards. And it’s so cool that u can actually recover quicker with the cryo. More room for extra workouts!!

  2. Great Stuff! Workout videos are always fun to watch, I usually do a traditional bulk up weight lifting program with my buddy who's dad played for the Cincinnati Reds back in the day! I never tried Cryotherapy before but as for what I do for recovery, I usually drink whey protein shakes with fruit after every workout, that usually does the trick for me. Cryo looks like a lot of fun!
