  1. great interview. i met josef by chance yesterday doing cold swimming. he is such a gentle and soothing persona. zero ego. eager to give tips but totally chill person. i was quite impressed so i googled him and now i see what a man!!!

  2. Love this channel, always try your guided breathing videos when they come out. I have to ask why is your tongue not pink? Super curious? No shade

  3. So the door to the ice box couldnt be opened after 2 hours and Mr. Koeberl thought it was funny? Well, if you are a ice bath world record holder, your humor is a little bit different from the masses, i guess.

  4. Yet another great video. This guy is consistantly interesting, interviewing interesting guests that I knew very little about and this latest one is no exception. Great video and Great Channel, keep up the great work. Thank you

  5. What type of breathwork do you now do on a daily basis? I know you started with the Wim Hof method and it seems that you have transitioned into Patrick McEwen Oxygen methods. I love your channel but sometimes I get confused with all of the breathwork now available. Do you practice a particular method depending on how feel at that moment. Maybe you could do a podcast on this issue?

    Thanks again
