  1. Sorry dude but this is some bullshit. Sure, for losing fat cardio is not necessary, but what about the other health benefits? We are literally designed to be constantly moving.

    You should've titled the video "Using cardio for fat loss", if you're only focusing on the fat loss aspect.

  2. I wasn't aware you could hinder your gains doing up to 3 cardio sessions a week for health purposes .. I guess I'll switch things up a bit but you can't just sleep on cardio there has to be so much more to it than just losing weight.

  4. I do cardio 5 times a week running 3.5 miles before doing weight training. the thing is I'm in really good shape so I've stuck with it. if my routine stops working I'll definitely implement some of these tips
