You have to bring up some old bullshit videos with a guy that's been charged with fraud both in business and his education credentials with the title "Dr." to argue for you? I'm almost as old as you man, the 90's are over, get with the times and quit hiding behind skirts.

  4. As a whole, it’s interesting and informative. Some statements are just nonsense though, like when he says you can’t compare mass and energy because they’re different units. Of course you can! That’s stuff you learn in high school chemistry. I thought he was going to point out inefficiencies, but no… he says we can’t do it because the measurement is impossible 😳

Ok bro whatever youre selling im buying, cant make sense of everything you are saying first time around but i have been trying to tell people for years that the only way to loose fat weight and gain muscle is to get to muscular and cardiovascular efficiency, that is get to a point where you are lifting weight and doing cardio with decent intensity for decent duration and it just feels good. At that point you can manipulate your fat loss or muscle gain at will.
