  1. I have been trying to become a patient of yours for about two years but you were always booked, but, by the grace of God we crossed paths and now I am your patient and our first visit was an emotional one for me, I cried tears of joy because finally I have a doctor who is serious about me LIVING in the way that God intended.

  2. Simplicity! The way in which you broke this down even a child could understand it. Hosea 4:6 states "My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge." Thank you Dr. Hampton for teaching us what to do and how to do it. I have been a diabetic for over a decade and nothing is helping not even the medication and the reason being is that most doctors don't teach what you are teaching. So, I am going to start over as if this is day one of my diagnosis and get off of these meds in six months and reverse this condition.

  3. Thanks for the info Dr. Hampton. Can I lose a decent amount of weight without counting macros? I get confused about the amount of fat and protein I should eat per day. I know to stay below 50 grams of carbs. Do you have an actual meal plan on your site? I've had a kidney transplant and shouldn't eat an excessive amount of protein.

  4. What are your thoughts on the 'carnivore diet'?
I'm a 65yo female with T2 diabetes. I have 40lbs to lose and I'm not losing with low carb (=<20 net carbs) although my bs is better.
    Thank you for your consideration

  5. So refreshing to see a Dr of color promote thus diet. I started keto last July, got off all my diabetes medication. I try to encourage cousins to do this diet….not much luck with them. I will refer your videos to them. Thank you so much for your encouragement!

  6. Ok so I got fresh frozen bag of chicken, and cauliflower, but i looove box mac and cheese i might have mac and cheese 3 times a week do I need to cut back? (Elliott Pearson)
