  1. Combining keto with regular sauna use, any tips? Since ketosis dumps extra minerals and excessive sweating does also the same, wouldn’t this lead to low blood pressure or other stuff?

  2. Our mitochondria are under oxidative stress around the clock. Is a once daily antioxidant intake really going to accomplish much? How long can a capsule or meal really be effective in protecting biological systems that are under "attack" 24/7?
