  1. My strain so far today is 7.4 and calories is 1203 and my friends is 4.4 and his calories is 1250. He is much fitter than I am yet I am constantly getting really low calories after each workout. I went for a 11k run the other day at my whoop said I burnt 550 calories and my underarmour app said it was almost 900 calories. This seems really dodgy.

    Would it be worth recalibrating my whoop and see if it fixes the issue? I have huge days of activities and struggle to burn greater than 2000 cals.

    Very unsatisfying
