I'm 15 and I do a lot of phys stuff, and I was just wondering if my plan sounded okay which was, for now, to focus on my strength work with all my body weight and weights and then about a year from PRMC to change to a 3-day cardio and 3-day weights and more emphasis on bodyweight because muscle it a lot harder to build than cardio.
