  1. I had trouble knowing what to eat, I’m new and my main goal is to build muscle and what works for me the keto diet that I got from ketogenerator.online . I’ve been using it for a couple of months and It’s been working for me, I don’t know if it works to lose weight but It has the option to. And remember if something is worth it, it aint going to be easy! I hope it helps 🙂

  2. How long does it take for your metabolism to slow down? I calculated my TDEE and it said about 1200 with a bmr of 1,058. Does that mean I should be eating 1,200 calories?

  3. As a recovering cardio queen ( I really do love it) I had to see the light in that I was not getting stronger/looking stronger. I lift strategically now and I feel like I train less (time wise) and rarely do liss cardio- but I am stronger/look more 'snatched'. Kinda crazy. I had to learn the hard way but you are saving ppl with this video from that (: And I eat…….LOTS more now. LOTS.

I went from hating food, tired and in a brain fog 24/7 but looking "healthy" @ 125lb to now 154lb, happy with food, energetic but not super toned. I've been working on toning up but struggling to up my calories without weight gain. But obviously I've damage my metabolism. So thank you!

  5. Im a little confused bc I need to loose weight ( doctors have told me) so i'm trying to eat 1300-1500, is that wrong? currently I go on a spin bike for 40mins each day since I cant go to the gym and lift weights
