I had trouble knowing what to eat, I’m new and my main goal is to build muscle and what works for me the keto diet that I got from ketogenerator.online . I’ve been using it for a couple of months and It’s been working for me, I don’t know if it works to lose weight but It has the option to. And remember if something is worth it, it aint going to be easy! I hope it helps 🙂

How long does it take for your metabolism to slow down? I calculated my TDEE and it said about 1200 with a bmr of 1,058. Does that mean I should be eating 1,200 calories?

As a recovering cardio queen ( I really do love it) I had to see the light in that I was not getting stronger/looking stronger. I lift strategically now and I feel like I train less (time wise) and rarely do liss cardio- but I am stronger/look more 'snatched'. Kinda crazy. I had to learn the hard way but you are saving ppl with this video from that (: And I eat…….LOTS more now. LOTS.

HOLY CRAP. Thank you! This explains the last 3 years of my life. I went from hating food, tired and in a brain fog 24/7 but looking "healthy" @ 125lb to now 154lb, happy with food, energetic but not super toned.
