  1. Are we supposed to do the Berberine when we begin breaking our fast? Or during fasting time? Could glucose go too low if it’s during the fast. My numbers tend to be around 83 or so, sometimes in the 70’s. Daily IF, HIIT, mostly plant-based & feeling great, vibrant, no joint pain, & energetic. Thank you! ✨❣️✨

  2. I started IF when I was 19, 23 now. I eat 2MAD from 2pm-10pm. I work out 3-4x a week as well, 45min-1hr. I’m never going back to fluctuating eating patterns again. This information just proves why. Thanks for the content Mike 🙏🏼💯

I really like and appreciate these videos… first, it confirms what I have experienced and no matter what trainers say, etc. it is a combination of fasting, what you eat, how much you eat, and exericse. As well, if people have other issues, (I had some challenges with newly found allergies that created some complications) – it takes time to sort out what works, and also for women in menopause – patience is required, as I have experienced. When I was younger my body responded faster, now it takes a bit longer. Plus years of shift work and extreme stress did not help. I find adding some sort of stress management and mental health strategies – will help as well. Thank you!

  4. it's not that complicated get started and make adjustments as you learn.
    started at 328 with nothing more than Obesity Code . I am now 216 and feeling amazing. I didn't even get to a gym until 227. Defeatist attitude is self destruction manifesting because you don't want to change.

  5. hey mike just wondering about inability to use carbs well and insulin resistance, I've done low carb/keto for a while, meaning several years, so I can use fat as fuel but, ideally id like to add in some more variety of healthy plant based carbs but my blood glucose is super high, even timing it around exercise, any tips?
