  1. Get rid of the Morton’s white, table salt with iodine in it! It’s garbage! That’s probably the contributor to the BP/hypertension issue….. though I am not a doctor! Hold your fire 🔥 lol. For two years in a row I went for annual blood work just to check on things and my sodium was too low and I had to go for another draw 60 days later.
