  2. I just completed listening to your video for the third time. Now is the third day out of 7 where I acted on your challenge: I massage my left neck with my left thumb. Yes, and let all the ads run through to the end, to make sure you will be paid for your advises (I noticed your words about your intake of “ody choice” for Omega-3 etc.).

  3. As I’ve completed listening to you the forth time around, I strengthened my habit for your seven day challenge to us in your community. I was also careful to let all ads run their course to their very end, because only then the channel gets paid (was it udi? This Omega-3 stuff?).

  4. I completed listening for the fifth time. I think I heard you say “udy choice” concerning that Omega-3 intake of yours. What caught my interest was this blue zone research of those humans that get to be the oldest. I’ve reminded myself of your challenge every couple of hours.

  5. I just completed listening to you for the sixth time. This time I REALLY noticed your argument that by putting more money into buying more healthy food, one saves cost of bad health in the future (caused by bad food). I also strengthened my cooperation in your seven day challenge, by pressing my thumb on my neck, when you challenged us (start small & repeat).

  6. I’d like to share with you that I completed your cold shower seven day challenge, by showing support in my own manner of choosing. This involved massaging the left side of my neck every day for seven days with my left thumb. It could be anywhere from few seconds or upp to about half an hour. This morning I woke up with no pain in the area, for the first time in weeks.
