  1. Love this podcast! Finally information about fitness that is science-based and accessible for everyone. I especially love that the individual component of what works for you is emphasized. Information is often generalized too much which really makes people get out of tune with their own body. I'm trying to navigate building muscle with RA and a past of undereating and this podcast (and the previous ones too) really helped me with that!   4. Finally convinced my girl to start going to the gym with me! I’m gonna have her run MAPS STARTER, and I’m excited to see how it improves her mood, and energy. She has fibromyalgia, and most days she will sleep 10-12 hours and still have low energy. Resistance training has completely boosted my energy since I began training last year, and I’m hoping it will do the same for her. At first she’d get annoyed when I would play the podcast in the car, but now she knows all you guys by name, and really enjoys learning from you guys, and listening to the debates. We always crack up at the corny jokes too 😂 You guys have been a huge inspiration to me and a big reason for staying consistent, it would mean the world to us both if I won a MAPS program! I think STRONG would be great to run after I finish AESTHETIC in about 8 weeks too 💪

  5. Hey can you guys please teal I about why why my back hurts when curling…it didn’t bother me for a while but now it feels more worked out then biceps…sitting helps but it’s really annoying cuz I seem to not be to able to keep my back from engaging

It makes sense not wanting to “put out the fire” but I feel I have better digestion if I have cold water first thing when I wake. Either way, you guys put out the best content on the web by far!   10. I absolutely love the podcast and the workout programs that these guys offer. MAPS anabolic gave me more results in 3 months than working out on my own did for 3 years! I’m now finishing the strength phase of Aesthetic and it’s been fantastic as well. The full body workouts are game changing and work extremely well with a busy schedule.   13. When I was a teen, my reaction to milk was almost instantaneous. It was only a specific brand back then. Now almost all of the cow milk around here, is processed by that company. But I have found that I have no issues with the a2 brand.

Just wanted to say thank you guys for all the information and laughs y'all share💕 Not long ago I commented on another podcast video that I was getting ready for my 1st bikini competition and your podcast kept me going till the end! since then I've competed 2 times and qualify for nationals! I'm still the weird one at the gym laughing during my workouts because I listen to the podcast while I work out. I'm excited and scare about my new journey! I follow a plan at the moment! but it's being a little hard to put my focus this time around. I want to focus on my strength and form during the offseason. What do you all recommend I should do? I've learned a lot from this guy on gut health and even used his protocols for SIBO and Candida overgrowth as well as heavy metal detoxes with good results (after detoxing for a few weeks which was hell lol) but I never got why his eyes are so fucking baggy underneath lol his thyroid must be tanked

  16. This topic was awesome and alarming! I’ve been dealing with a lot of issues discussed and trying to figure out what I can do to feel better in certain areas. Very eye opening. My daughter’s Dr has her on antibiotics for her acne and now I’m thinking of getting her off of it.
