  1. It's great to see Thomas focusing on longevity science and David Sinclair because longevity is simply about making people as healthy as possible. A nice side effect of being healthy is not dying of aging or age-related diseases.

    I have been fasting for one year now, on may 2020, I started IF, but the hunger went away and I started prolonged fasting, first for 3 days, then 5 days for a month, then 12 days, 12 days and 21 days, lost 30 kilos in 2 1/2 months , after refeed and some days later I gained 7 kilos. I started 2-3 days of fasting for 2 months, i was 143 kilos when I started, and I’m 6’2, I went down to 106 kilos, but I gained weight right away 7 kilos after I went back eating and 5 more in 6 months, even though I did keto and IF almost everyday, some months I go for 5 days or 10 days of prolonged fasting, I have been doing 18 hr IF and lifting weights right before my first meal and I have gain lots of muscle I asume due to the HGH in the 18 hr fast, but 2 months ago I’ve notice that I am gaining weight even though I’m doing 2 days water fast every week and eating around 2000 cal, because my stomach can take any more food, some times I do 1 meal and a bullet proof coffee, because it’s too much food.
    I have done 170 days of water fast in 400 days in total, and taking my electrolytes and teas (ginger, turmeric, green and black teas, etc).
    In this last 2 months I’ve gained 2 inches in my stomach, doing everything right, now I move to eating my 3 meals a day and trying to eat 3000 calories a day to see if I lowered my BMR of too much fasting, I hope I start seeing some results, I think my body is storing everything I eat in my belly as a distribution center.
    Do you have any thoughts ?
    I recently did a 10 day water fast and only lost 1.5 kilos after refeeding, that’s why I am concern ! And some weeks not eating for 2 days and gaining weight in those weeks!

  3. Here is a serious question, "Does going on a diet cause your libido to crash?" because my libido is almost non-existent on my weight loss journey, but it stays high when I'm not trying to diet. Are stress hormones causing this?

  7. That was really neat 👍🏻 totally fits in with the research I’ve been studying on Concurrent Training. I think D-Ribose was another athletic mitochondrial fuel supplement.? Or was it hmb? Have you ever looked into Liposomal Glutathione? I’m researching it for somebody close. Wish I could remember the specifics off hand, but I just switched gears for this vid & I’m pressed for time. My brains in two directions 🧠 🔀.
    I gotta be honest, no offense, but Monk Fruit isn’t my fave. I use it when the store’s out of SplendaZero. They say SplendaZero is a Chlorine pool party on the digestion 🏊 but I handle it just fine. It’s the monk fruit I don’t care for, but it beat nothing.

    Do you have a take on some report(s/) that MNM will accelerate existing cancers? Cancers may be present without our knowledge. I would love your insight in this as I have MNM and am now reticent to take it. I'm older. I think Dr. Stanford may have brought up the relevant research. Thanks

  10. Hey!!!!! Thomas!!! Help!! Real question: What if your permanent prescription medication ruins your metabolism and causes you to stay extremely overweight, even with fasting and low carbing to schedule? Whats your advice

  11. I checked out the Verso NMN product. One serving only has 1/2 of the NMN that David Sinclair. For the price, I was hoping the dose would be higher but I like how both the NMN and resveratrol are combined in one.

Ive seen sinclair on rogan a couple of times…he is a proponent of metformin…..That isnt a good idea..it really hinders performance in the gym…also causes lower B12 absorption…and kills your COq10…..not to mention other side effects. I was on it….it helped with diabetes type 2….but losing weight and staying in shape has done way more. Im off all meds now. Im not discounting his research….but like all research…do more before concluding he is right.
