  1. Here is the milling machine I bought:

    Here are the wheat berries I bought:
    Ken's Healthy Mini Loaf Recipe:

    Mill one cup of soft white wheat berries along with 1 teaspoon of dried minced onions and 1 teaspoon of dried minced garlic, and ~1/4 teaspoon of salt and 1/2 teaspoon of parsley flakes.

    Heat 2 ounces of water to a maximum of 120 degrees F.

    Mix 1 teaspoon of sugar into the water.

    Add 1 teaspoon of dry active yeast and stir into the warm water. Set it aside for 5-10 minutes.

    Beat 2 eggs and mix them with the flour (leaving about 2 teaspoons to baste the loaf).

    Check to ensure the yeast are actively rising.

    Mix the yeast and water with the flour (it should be sort of on the dry side)

    Heat 1/2 stick of butter (not more than 120 degrees F or you will kill your yeast)

    Mix the melted butter into your dough working it until you have even texture throughout.

    Cover the dough in your bowl and place it in a warm place to rest for 1 hour.

    The dough ball should rise to ~ double it's size.

    Punch down the dough and knead it until you are happy with it's consistency.

    Let it rest again in a warm place for an additional hour.

    You should get another rise but it won't be quite double.

    Coat the inside of your loaf tin with olive oil.

    If your dough is sticky, lightly powder it on the outside with flour and shape the dough to a cylindrical shape that will fit your loaf tin. If you are cooking in a toaster oven….. use an extra loaf tin with tin foil spacer to insure you don't burn the bottom of your bread.

    Put your dough into your loaf tin and score the top of the dough as you desire.

    Baste the top of the loaf with the egg that you saved.

    Pre-heat your oven to 450^ F

    Bake your bread for ~20 minutes in the toaster oven turning the oven to toast for the last 2-3 minutes depending on how brown you want the top.

    Let the bread cool (covered with a cloth) for about 5 minutes.

    Slice and enjoy!!!

    I take natural Vitamin E, and my supplement only contains 4 types of Vitamin E… I just checked. This video is very helpful for those that either want to stay healthy or improve their health.

    Hope that you do more videos addressing our physical health… and thanks for the additional information that you posted!!

  4. HalaluYah praise Abba for restoring His REAL food.
    It really is easy, you know i discovered that just adding water and mixing with flour and letting that rest for 1.5hours strengthens the dough as much as 12 minutes hand kneading.. Doing nothing for an hour and a half is actually beneficial to the durability of my dough, after this time i will add my pre-made yeast mix and some salt, mix in my electric mixer for 4 minutes and again let it rest for a half hour. After patting out the air, reshaping and folding a few times i then wait for it to rise for a further 40minutes before baking.

    Most of the making of fresh vread is doing nothing after the initial milling and mixing 🀣

  5. Tudi brother Ken πŸ™πŸΌπŸ™ŒπŸΌ, certainly an E- citing premier. Not only more tasty and nutritious bread but also saving dough at the same time. I’ve been baking homemade bread since your study. I feel much better than before as well as my husband and kid’s. One little change here and there towards the ancient path truly does make a huge difference in our lives, both physically and spiritually. I’m not fond of taking supplements because of falseness so getting it naturally is YAHsomely ONEderful !! Thanks for all your sharing with us!! Much Ahav and Shalom 😁

  6. Ken what do you think of milling the wheat, adding the flour to water then adding honey and a fruit (like bananas). Instead of baking the bread making a smoothie with the wheat. The nutrients won't be lost from the processing. I was thinking about that while you were speaking.
    Maybe I was thinking that way because I don't have a mill and I don't know where I could get the wheat berries here. Not sure if I can order them on Amazon and be sure I got the real stuff. Nothing is real and pure anymore only the Ruach. πŸ€¦β€β™€οΈπŸ€¦β€β™€οΈ
