  1. Could you discuss oral N-acetyl-cysteine? And how glutathione relates. Studies, for the purposes of increasing insulin sensitivity, and any long term studies. Would be awesome.

  2. The real hidden catastrophe in medical research – Where are you going to get REAL HEALTHY individuals??? 80 to 90% of.. I guess it could be said now- The entire world – is metabolically UNFIT due to the poisonous oils, sugar,… well you know the list. How can we research the actual effects of a drug or even understand "normal" activity of normal bodily processes??? Are we now perpetually lost????
The "results" of clinical investigations differ so much between population of metabolically fit and unfit…. we ARE lost…

  3. As an Organic Chemist with a PhD, I am suspicious about the thermal stability of NR and NMN, given the crucial pyridinium (nitrogen atom) bond to the riboside is most likely highly subject to cleaving (hydrolysing) under elevated temperatures. So I wouldn't be surprised if these NAD+ precursors hydrolysed at temperatures around 40/50°C but I would think they should be stable enough at room temperature (25°C). Shipping containers can get quite hot, especially in Australia. Just my thoughts.

  4. People believe in David Sinclair because he looks 10-15 years younger than his biological age and all others who oppose him looking much older! If seeing is believing then one must think Sinclair is on to something.
