  1. Love this!! I have been vegan for nearly 2 years, I also have FVL and am arguing often with a FVL group about the vaccine. Their fear is that covid causes clots.. most of them take blood thinners and live in fear and believe the shot protects them from a clot and from getting covid. I can not thank you enough for this video!

  2. You need to emphasize healthy whole food plant based, and give examples of what you mean by that, not just plant based. Beer and potato chips is plant based, but not healthy, and it won't help you with covid. Legumes, whole grains, greens, nuts/seeds, fruits and vegetables, in whole form is what you need.
