  1. Thanks Dr Rimka! your info is clear and easy to understand (even for a lay person!) I was definitely going to get some creatine for myself, and then you mentioned Chemo brain, I immediately thought of my sister and how depleted she must be, so, I'm getting some for her too. I'm assuming that we would be taking this in the morning so we reap benefits during the day. Can you confirm?
