Aidin Jalilzadeh obtained his PhD in Applied Mathematics from the University of Otago (New Zealand) in 2015. Since then he has taken two postdoctoral positions mainly in the fields of bio-mathematical and computational modelling. His research interests include population genetics, spread of invasive species and biomedical modelling such as PKPD and immune system dynamics.
