Science grad school Q's A-ed (deciding to apply or not, personal statements, labs, post-docs etc.)

More of your grad school questions answered! From “should I apply”-ing to actually applying to grad-school-ing to post-grad-school-ing. Or not grad-schooling if that’s not right for you – which is totally fine to do! Plus some more about my personal journey and what I’ve learned from it that I hope can help you. Advice on finding good labs, writing personal statements, and more. So let’s dive in…

Note: I will hopefully get the copy of my personal statement Monday and then will post on my blog

I am so incredibly grateful for every opportunity I’ve been given and know I’m super super fortunate and am committed to paying it forward. So I really hope this (and everything I do) can help people and hope that others in similar positions can do the same. Let’s make science more accessible in all senses of the term!

Huge thanks to the IUBMB (The International Union of Biochemistry and Molecular Biology) for helping me collect these questions and thank you to everyone who asked questions.
