  3. Hey guys got a question, I've been workout out for over 20+ years now. However, I've noticed that if I miss for even a week I almost feel like I lost all momentum and I'm weaker in the gym. Could this be because my programming isn't setup correctly? Or maybe my diet isn't properly setup. I'm a dietitian but when it comes to myself, sometimes it's hard to see where I'm going wrong if I don't have a second pair of eyes looking at my lifestyle. Im sorry gentlemen, I know this might seem like a vague question.

  4. I had to comment regarding the duck penis. We got a pair of ducks a couple summers ago and one day my husband said "I saw Lou( our male) duck mount the other."
    I said, "uh yeah right." Then I saw it! Now our female duck was a Peking and our male was a ruen( which is like a mallard) so the female was much bigger. So when I saw him mounting her, he ended up rolling off her and I saw his penis!!!! I was and am still traumatized.

  6. I was watching the Patrick Bet-David interview, cocaine cowboys. He explains accounting, managing and why some of this guys go down, very interesting.
    Also, love the Podcast, I've wasted so many years doing intense cardio trying to gain muscle and damaging my metabolism. Since I been listening I've changed my exercise routine and I finally decided to get anabolic. Thanks guys!

  10. Oh snap 2 programs I don’t have. I’m on phase 3 of anabolic and boy it can be a grind but I feel fantastic. Couple more weeks and I start performance.

  12. I work manual labour and have dealt with my fair share of low back pain. I absolutely agree that core work will help that, but I also found for myself, that working on my glutes and hamstrings make a massive difference. I will also add something about those back braces. If you have high blood pressure, be careful if you decide to use one, because it can actually make the blood pressure higher, since the heart is now working against something that is restricting blood flow to your legs. Just something to think about. Informative podcast as usual 👍

I usually don't comment but I when you guys were talking about sea legs and running on a treadmill one of the times where I had to totally reacclimatize to normal life was when I was stuck on a ship for an extended period of time and had very little space to workout or even run so I would jog on a treadmill facing perpendicular to the ship and due to the waves it often caused you to run in a ovalish pattern, after a couple months i got used to and when i finally got off and tried to just run on land my balance was completely screwed up and took me a while to reset. I can't even imagine what would happen "living" in a futuristic VR day in and day out and trying to maintain some normality for everyday function.

  14. The device that you're talking about that cools the wrist and increases performance. I bought one based on this science called the quantlet in 2013(ish) it probably could have been something, but the launch, company, and device itself was a shit show. A lot of people never received products. The ones that went out were always breaking and eventually the company stopped responding to complaints. Everyone blamed someone else, and the whole thing just fizzled out. I do still have mine somewhere. No idea if it works.

  16. I love the fact that every maps program is phased so uniquely it makes me feel like I’m getting a a whole new program before I’m even finished and really gets my body to constantly adapt. I think phase one of Anabolic is my favorite but forcing myself out of that zone of training and into phases 2 and 3 feels amazing on my muscles. Great program guys gonna get myself a bundle next!

  17. 1:11:38 personally Deadlifts, Squats, OHP, Russian twists and leg lifts have been great for me with minimal equipment. Also work 50 hours+ in labor. I see a lot of older people with those back braces now I know to stay away haha

  18. Best shit ever y’all motivate me and have me hooked to all the content y’all share! I listen all day long, drive for work and it keeps me awake and ready to hit the gym currently trying the 7 day split because the day ain’t right if I don’t get some kind of workout in. I tell everyone about you guys and share everything. motivational and most of all I’m grateful for the raw content. Lost over a hundred lbs and wish I would of known all this but now I do.
