Please like and subscribe and share this amazing channel and also this amazing woman, you have helped me to understand menopause and you have given me some really good πŸ‘πŸ» advice, I am 52 years old and have started hrt about 2 months ago, I had no clue that I needed hormone replacement therapy, what made me look into menopause was I started noticing all these symptoms of hot and cold flashes,disturbed sleep , I started reading about menopause and started watching videos and then I put two and two together and realised that I have been suffering from the age of 45. So for the past 6 years I noticed my mood was low, I felt more fatigue,achy joints,sleep disturbances,anxiety, brain fog, memory loss, hot and cold flashes, all these symptoms came on slowly and gradually, I never knew all these symptoms were related to my hormones. What is sad about this, is that most woman have no clue about menopause, thanks to women like you who are educated and caring, are willing to help us.
