  1. Not sure exactly, but I think I may possibly be in step 3 as of yesterday? I've been doing the peroxide protocol since my visit Thursday 2x's daily and strictly eating a lean red meat diet. Yesterday I noticed drainage began in my throat. This keeps me excited and is all the motivation I need to never go back to that toxic lifestyle of processed foods and drugs. You're the best Dr.S! Thanks for sharing all your knowledge with us!

After far too many years watching your videos & saying I will make an appointment soon with the hopes of finally visiting you in America last year (I really wanted to do the heart & muscle testing in person) & being delayed in that plan by world events.. I am super happy that I have now committed to the decision to take control of my health for the betterment of my life. I took the plunge & booked the distance consultations & enjoyed my first Skype appointment last week!

    Here's to the first stage of cleaning up my diet, fixing up any deficiencies & preparing my body for further detoxification. As a new mummy breastfeeding her sweet 7 week old, my progress will be more slow & considered then I had originally wanted (before falling pregnant) to avoid detoxing straight to my boy, but at least I am now on the way & setting myself up with a blueprint for future success & providing my little one the best mummy I can give him.

    After seeing how much money my parents generation spend on medications over the years & never getting better, the cost of consultations & supplements that will actually heal one, become somewhat negligible IMO!

  4. Thanks for all that you do. I can attest to Dr Schmidt’s protocols and practices as I’ve experienced working with him and seeing results since February 2021. It’s a process and if you are committed to your health, join in! My belief is “pay now or pay later”.

  5. One doctor was saying if you ate grapefruit, you wouldn't need blood pressure meds! That is why you're not supposed to eat grapefruit in your taking blood pressure meds! Ever since my sister went on her blood pressure meds, she gained weight and has looked terrible!

  6. I would like to see the NHS taking this kind of approach. Prevention is much better than sticking a plaster on. People need to understand what you are saying. It’s these big companies wanting profits that have systematically ruined people health. I just don’t understand why the government backs them.

  7. I really want to use Dr. Schmidt for my glaucoma, cataracts, low energy and circulation issues, but I don't want to eat meat all the time and am doing low carb. I don't want to waste anyone's time by this either, but would like to get well also. I'm in a dilemma.
