  1. I've been following this idea for a few weeks now, but I'm having a bit of a time connecting the dots between cold exposure and the formation of EZ water. I think you just explained it: cold causes an increase in infrared heat generation (what generates the heat? why is it infrared?) and this heat builds the EZ water. Do I have this right?
