  3. I remember the first time, many years ago, I heard dr Hyman use the phrase “food is information for the body”. The phrase encapsulates everything that really needs to be understood and is still one of the most compelling statements. It totally changed my mindset about food, even beyond it being nutrition.

  4. If you're working class good luck finding half this stuff in the supermarket. All beef should be grass fed but if you can't afford the best low carb will still work just imagine how many people we could save if we made low carb more available to the working class.

  5. Fat and protein absolutely. That's what I was eating but now I have kidney disease and was told not to eat a lot of protein. So now I have no idea what to eat?
