  1. started keto and IF on Sept. 1st. I lost 22 pounds and blood glucose was much lower by the end of November. Suddenly it is like a switch has been flipped I haven't lost a pound in four weeks and my blood glucose is slightly elevated from the previous numbers. Nothing has changed, eating a healthy low carb diet with healthy fats. I fast from 6pm to 12pm. It has been great for reducing my appetite and cravings but right now I am very frustrated. What can I do to get back on track?

  2. It’s so easy to overstep any possible beneficial weight loss effects of these supplements if diet or exercise is off the mark. They may be marginally beneficial in some, but after being on 3 of the 4 listed, and doing intermittent fasting I am pretty much done with caffeine or other pill boosters for weight loss. No short cuts really exists for longterm hard won maintenance of body weight goals. Intermittent fasting and working out delivers consistently.

  3. Be EXTREMELY careful with Yohimbe, especially if you have difficulty metabolizing medications which is common among us red heads. One pill nearly put me in the ER (I really should have gone) and if I had taken the advice of the idiot at GNC of three pills it almost certainly would have killed me.

  4. I'd add fish oil(180mg epa, 120mg dha) 10grams per day in divided doses with meals.

    Vitamin d 3000 iu per day

    B complex 100mg 2x per day

    Digestive enzymes with each meal

    1,3/1,6 d-beta glucan
