  3. I love your books and internet information. I may have missed something in the beginning of this presentation but; who is the fella who keeps showing up asking questions? TY for your important work.

  4. Honest question, not mocking just genuinely curious:
    Why did you decide to call them minerals when they're actually elements or to be more precise – ions, in some cases?
    Minerals are compounds of several elements, they have a structure, for example salts. Kitchen salt NaCl is a mineral, for example, so is hydroxyapatite, a phosphate mineral.

    I like everything else, this is the only thing that kind of bothers me because I have a background in these things.

    You had a spreadsheet with all the daily basic minerals and vitamins based on different foods. Do you sale that spreadsheet? I want to input liver, avocados & salmon and see if I'm getting everything.

  7. Huh? Siim indicated he was unaware of plant sources of selenium. Brazil Nuts are so high in selenium that if you eat more than one, you might get too much selenium. This is well known.
